Jeffrie Berline is Director of Business Development at Loop Recruiting and brings four years of experience in staffing, recruiting, and consulting. Since joining Loop in 2022, he has focused on building business across the Upstate and broader Southeast region through net-new revenue generation, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
His work centers on direct hire, staff augmentation, and professional staffing. Jeffrie partners closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions while identifying untapped opportunities and building long-term relationships that support sustained growth. He works across industries including banking and financial services, FinTech, private equity and portfolio companies, manufacturing, and real estate development.
Before joining Loop, Jeffrie spent a decade as a business owner, where he built and operated a healthcare company, gaining hands-on experience in leadership, operations, and client service. Earlier in his career, he worked in account-based sales roles, developing a strong foundation in relationship building and revenue growth. That experience continues to shape his approach to business development today.
Jeffrie earned a BA from Auburn University in Business Administration. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
