Brandon Altom
Brandon Altom is a Principal Consultant at Loop Consulting with 16 years of combined payroll and consulting experience. Since joining Loop in 2023, he has supported clients with Workday AMS and implementation, helping teams navigate payroll complexity with greater confidence and clarity.
His background is rooted in the operational side of payroll, which gives him a practical understanding of how configuration decisions affect day-to-day business realities. Brandon works across Workday payroll, time tracking, and absence, helping clients clarify what they need, identify gaps, and move forward with a clear path. Clients value his reliability, communication, and genuine investment in their success.
Before joining Loop, Brandon worked across both consulting and in-house payroll leadership roles, supporting implementations and managing payroll operations, tax compliance, and time and absence processes. That combination of experience continues to shape how he approaches client work today.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science from Clemson University with a focus in business management and an emphasis in human resources. Outside of work, he serves as pastor and music director at The Branch Community Church, sings and plays bass in a band called The Good News Revival, bowls in a league, and enjoys time with his wife, Reece, and their children, Bex and Maely.
