As part of this transition, Kelly Moates has been named President of Loop Consulting. The company’s founder, Charlie Wall, will transition into a growth Partner position, where he will focus on customer relationships and strategic initiatives across the business.
This change follows Loop Consulting’s merger of its IT services practice and legacy Workday consulting business in July 2025 — a move that expanded the firm’s capabilities and positioned it for the next phase of its evolution.

By leveraging Workday’s unified platform, On streamlined their HR processes, enhancing organizational agility and supporting their expansion. Workday’s capabilities allowed On to consolidate multiple HR systems into a single, cloud-based solution, enabling seamless management of HR functions across different regions. This integration facilitated better employee data management, compliance with local regulations, and improved reporting and analytics. The transition to Workday also allowed On’s HR team to focus on strategic initiatives rather than administrative tasks, ultimately contributing to the company’s robust growth and operational efficiency.
