Camey Kauffman is Director of Recruiting at Loop Recruiting and brings nearly 10 years of experience in staffing and recruiting. Since joining Loop in 2024, she has focused on leading and optimizing the recruitment and account management functions, helping the team align delivery with market demand while supporting continued business growth.
Her background includes experience in IT recruiting, business development, and direct-hire recruiting across a wide range of industries and corporate functions. Today, she focuses on direct hire searches across accounting and finance, human resources, operations, IT, sales, and marketing. Clients value the quality of her work, her communication, and her attention to detail throughout the search process.
Before joining Loop, Camey held roles across recruiting, business development, and team leadership, where she focused on building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading recruiting teams to deliver strong outcomes. That experience continues to shape how she approaches search strategy, team performance, and client partnership today.
Camey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The Ohio State University. She was a four-year varsity athlete on The Ohio State University women’s swim team, a 2016 Olympic Trial qualifier, an Academic All-Big Ten honoree, and the recipient of the 2015 Big Ten Women’s Swimming and Diving Sportsmanship Award. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two kids, extended family, and friends. In her free time, you’ll often find them traveling or cheering on the Buckeyes.
