Kelly Moates
Kelly Moates is President of Loop Consulting and brings five years of consulting experience to the firm. Since joining Loop in 2021, he has helped shape the business’s growth by overseeing operations, service alignment, and commercial execution across the consulting division.
His work focuses on creating consistency and clarity as the business scales. Kelly works across service lines to align teams, strengthen delivery, and support growth in ways that stay practical and responsive to client needs. Clients value his agility, responsiveness, integrity, and advisory mindset, especially in environments where priorities shift quickly and execution needs to remain sharp.
Kelly’s background brings a mix of operational, leadership, and people-centered experience to his role. Prior to joining Loop, he worked in construction project coordination and nonprofit leadership, where he led initiatives across operations, client engagement, financial management, and community-focused programs. That experience continues to shape how he approaches growth, team alignment, and execution today.
He holds a Master of Arts from the University of Georgia with a focus in industrial-organizational psychology and completed his undergraduate degree at LaGrange College in nonprofit leadership and entrepreneurship. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, working out, and reading nonfiction.
