Jason Hodge
Jason Hodge is the CEO of Loop Recruiting and brings 24 years of experience across recruiting, staffing, and business leadership. He guides the company’s overall strategy and culture, helping shape how Loop grows, serves clients, and builds teams that can meet changing business demands.
His background includes deep experience in healthcare, IT, and executive recruiting, with a long track record of working with mid-market organizations. Jason is known for bringing honesty, reliability, and experience to every engagement, helping clients make sound hiring decisions while building trust that lasts beyond a single search.
Before joining Loop in 2016, Jason founded and led Radar Healthcare, where he built and managed a team of healthcare recruiters and professionals over seven years. Earlier in his career, he spent 8 years at Global Anesthesia, where he focused on recruiting and placing anesthesia professionals nationwide.
Jason holds a BBA in finance from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with family, serving the community alongside family and colleagues, golfing, fitness, and reading.
