Jason Kennedy
Jason Kennedy is Partner and President of Loop Recruiting, bringing 20 years of recruiting and human resources experience to the organization. Since co-founding Loop in 2015, Jason has played an instrumental role in building a recruiting firm that prioritizes quality, relationship building, and deep industry knowledge over transactional placements.
His expertise spans multiple high-stakes industries, including FinTech, private equity, marketing, and healthcare, where he has developed a reputation for understanding not just the technical requirements of a role but the cultural and strategic fit that leads to long-term success for both candidates and organizations.
What sets Jason apart is his practical, operator-minded approach to recruiting. Having worked extensively in corporate HR environments before moving into recruiting, he understands the challenges hiring managers face from the inside. That perspective allows him to serve as a true strategic partner rather than just a vendor, helping organizations build teams that drive business outcomes.
Before joining Loop, Jason worked as a lead recruiter at ADP, where he managed recruiting projects and stepped into challenging situations to support teams that needed solutions quickly. He holds a master’s degree in business from Augusta University.

Recruiting Philosophy
“Great recruiting isn’t about filling positions—it’s about understanding people, organizations, and the intersection where both can thrive. Every placement should be a partnership that compounds value over time, not a transaction that checks a box.”
